Universal phenolic resin for friction materials
Product Introduction:This series of products has better resistance to high temperatures and adaptability to friction material formulations,
achieving a diversified layout of products. By changing indicators, it can meet the requirements of different types, volumes, and formulation processes of friction materials, providing customers with more choices and reducing waste rates while ensuring superior product performance.
Product Features:
1. Has good wetting ability with graphite, steel fibers, and other fillers.
2. High molecular weight, strong adhesion, excellent high temperature resistance, low resin content formula, and enhanced heat resistance.

4. The product fineness reaches 250 mesh, increasing the dispersion area and making the mixture more uniform.
User Guide:
1. After opening the bag, if the resin cannot be used up, do not expose it to air and seal it for storage.
2. The automatic batching system requires regular cleaning of the phenoic resin measuring storage tank to prevent the resin from getting damp
and clumping into the mixture, which may cause phenoic resin spots on the product.
3. When mixing, the temperature should be controlled below 70C. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the phenoic resin to melt, resulting
in clumping of the mixture.
4. Adjust the release and holding time based on the polymerization rate of phenoic resin.

Film coated sand resin is divided into two series: PF-2010-2014 series and PF-2015-2019 series. The PF-2015-2019 series is a high-strength series mainly used for solid cores, and can be used in combination with the PF-20102014 series resin according to the requirements of castings.
