HANDLE PROCEDURE 1.weigh 1 part of the adhesive powder, and then weigh 1.2 parts of constant temperature water by weight. 2.Pour the weighed water into a mixer, then pour the weighed adhesive powder into a mixer filled with water and stir for 3-5 minutes until the liquid glue is uniform, no particles, and the viscosity is moderate. Then, add about 0.15-0.2 parts of flour (the viscosity adjusted by adding flour is based on practicality, and can be as much or as little as possible) and stir evenly, and stick it onto the adhesive machine for easy application. 3.Pour three sets of prepared glue onto the gluing machine, and then apply it to the wood. After application, immediately bond and do not let it dry to prevent the moisture from evaporating. The stacked wood should be pressed within 1 hour in summer (preferably around 20 minutes), and preferably within 2 hours in winter to prevent the wood from absorbing the moisture from the glue (the glue has solidified and is not sticky). 4.The amount of glue applied per square meter is 160-200 grams, 5.The prepared liquid glue cannot be used up on the same day, but can be added to the newly prepared liquid glue for use the next day. The longest service life of the prepared liquid glue is about 3 days. Unused adhesive powder should be tied in a timely manner to prevent moisture absorption and agglomeration.
