Product Description:
1. Cationic rosin sizing agent LSR-35 is a ultrafine emulsion of modified rosin and cationic substances. As an internal sizing agent for paper and paperboard, it can remain on the surface of negatively charged fibers by electrostatic attraction. It has a low demand for aluminum sulfate and is suitable for a wide range of pH values. It can be used in near neutral systems and can use calcium carbonate as a filler. The rosin particles in the emulsion are completely free and very small, and their dosage is less than that of similar products.
2. This product can be used in the production process of writing, printing, newsprint, corrugated paper, and cardboard. It can be added intermittently or continuously, with a dosage of 0.3-1.5% (based on production).
Product characteristics:
1. Easy to use, add water to dilute to a concentration of 2.5% and add to the paper machine system.
