Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a saturated polymer material with a white powder appearance, non-toxic and tasteless, with excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance, with good oil resistance, flame retardancy and coloring performance. Good toughness (flexibility at -30ºC), good compatibility with other polymer materials,The decomposition temperature is high, and the decomposition produces HCL, which can catalyze the dechlorination reaction of CPE.

CPE 135A has fine multiple physical property with good low temperature flexibility and better tearing strength. Its dissolved parameter is nearly same as PVC and it has good affinity with PVC. Under the condition of right processing, it can form a network composition inside of the hard PVC finish products and give them good normal, low-temperature flexibility and impact strength.

Application:

It mainly used in the manufacture of PVC doors and windows profiled materials; U-PVC upper
and lower water pipes; cold-formed line pipes and trunking; PVC foam board; PVC extrusion board.
